New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is all set to release the results for All India Bar Examination XVII (17) 2023 by next week, on its official portal @allindiabarexamination.com.
Candidates who sat for the AIBE 17 Exam 2023 conducted on February 5 will be able to check and download the qualifying certificate from the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.
The AIBE 17 Answer Key 2023 was released consecutively and the candidates were able to raise objections against the answer key by February 20. According to the latest reports, the official date to release the AIBE 17 Results is not yet fixed, however, it should be available by next week on the official website.
As per the notification dated December 30, 2022, the time period between “the deadline of AIB exam held on October 31, 2021, till April 2023, by which time, the result of the next AIBE is likely to be announced, is hereby exempted from being counted as a specific time from the date of enrollment as an advocate for clearing AIBE”.
Once the results are out, the candidates can check the website and download it by logging in with their registration credentials. Previously, five days after the conclusion of the exam, on February 10, the Supreme Court heard a petition on issues concerning AIBE. However, the top court upheld the powers of BCI.
Candidates who qualify for the examination will receive a Certificate of Practice (COP) from the BCI. However, candidates belonging to the general category must obtain a minimum of 40% on the AIBE test, while those from the SC and ST categories must obtain a minimum of 35%.

Candidates can go through the following steps to download the AIBE XVII (17) Exam 2023.
Step 1: Visit the official AIBE website, allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the AIBE 17 Exam 2023 result download link.
Step 3: Now, Login with the credentials and hit the “Submit” button.
Step 4: AIBE 17 Result 2023 will be appearing on the screen
Step 5: Download it as a PDF and take a printout as well for future reference.
