New Delhi: Candidates write fresh letters to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to postpone NEET 2022 Exam. Since April students are continuously sending letters to the Union Education Minister to defer NEET 2022 Exam.
Students started to demand the postponement since NTA has declared the date of the NEET 2022 Exam as April 6, 2022. While there has been a mass petition filed against NTA and aspirants and their parents took their plea to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this time, they have addressed their concerns to Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Students have cited the reason for such a demand as clashing of the exam with JEE Main, CUET and Board exams, and less time for preparation for droppers due to conduct of NEET 2021 counselling till April, to name a few.
The letter is being circulated on various social media platforms with hashtags like #PostponeNEETUG, #JusticeforNEETUG, #MODIJiDeferNEETUG, among others are trending. In the letter to Dharmendra Pradhan, students have cited the reasons for their plea to defer the exam by at least four to six weeks.
Aspirants have written in the letter saying that “Pursuing MBBS and becoming a doctor is a dream of lakhs of students and the emotions of their parents and teachers are connected with this exam. But due the declaration of premature dates, they have started to give up on their dreams. Please allocate them an adequate amount of time so that they can prepare well for the exam.”
