Army Institute of Law, Mohali has released the online application form of AIL LET 2022 on April 1, 2022. The entrance test will be conducted for admission to 5 years BA LLB course for the 2022-23 academic session.

As per the latest updates, the Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali will conduct the AIL LET 2022 examination on June 25, 2022. Candidates who have recently passed class 12th with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible to apply for the AIL LET 2022 examination. 

Army Institute of Law Admission 2022 into a 5 yrs BA LLB course is offered based on scores obtained by candidates in AIL LET conducted by the institute. The Computer-based Law Entrance Test (LET) will be held across 50 exam centres in India.

Candidates seeking admission to the BA LLB course at the law institute should meet the following eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates passed or going to appear in Class 12th or equivalent examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other state or national board of education across India.
• Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
• However, candidates who have completed their qualifying exam from open university are not eligible for admission to the law course.
• Candidates who are clearing Class 12 compartment papers are not eligible for admission at AIL.

The following are the admission process for AIL LET 2022 examination. 

• Online Applications (Registration) 
• Release of Admit Card 
• Write the Entrance Exam 
• Declaration of Results 
• Admissions Counselling

Only the registered candidates will be eligible to download the admit card and appear for the AIL LET 2022 examination. Those who qualify for the entrance exam with flying colours will be asked to attend the admission counselling as per the schedule issued by the institute. However, the candidate's final admission will be based on the AIL LET 2022 merit list, eligibility criteria, and reservation criteria. 

Admission will be offered for 80 seats (75 for the wards of Army Personnel & 05 for All India General Category). Additionally, 20 seats will be filled by students of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar through Centralized online counselling.

Army Institute of Law BA LLB Admission 2022: How to Apply? 

Candidates can go through the step-by-step process provided below to apply online for the AIL LET 2022 examination. 

Step 1: Visit the official AIL website. 

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the latest notification and download the AIL LET 2022 application form. 

Step 3: Fill in all the requisite details and upload all the necessary documents. 

Step 4: Verify the submitted details. 

Step 5: Finally, deposit the application fee and save it, and take a printout of the application for future reference.

To note, the application fee should be paid online through a Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. The application form of the AIL Entrance Test should be filled and submitted by aspirants within the deadline with the deposit of an application fee of INR 3000 for both Army and All India Civil categories. The late fee for the AIL LET 2022 is INR 1000. 

About AIL LET 2022

Army Institute of Law (AIL) conducts the Law Entrance Test, AIL LET, for admission to the BA LLB course. The entrance test consists of a paper with 4 sections, which should be attempted within a duration of two hours. 

The paper shall have objective type MCQs of a standard expected of 10+2 students. There will be no negative marking and the medium of the entrance test is English. The total marks in the paper are 200 and 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. 

AIL LET 2022 is an institute level exam conducted in about 50 test cities across India. Through AIL LET, as many as 60 BA LLB seats are offered for the wards of Army Personnel and 4 seats are available for all India category candidates.
