New Delhi: AP EAPCET 2022 application process is ongoing for admission to professional courses in the field of engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy science in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the application form through the official portal, sche.ap.gov.in.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved giving AP EAPCET 2022 marks 100% weightage in determining the overall ranking for admissions into professional programmes for the academic year 2022-23. Due to the cancellation of the intermediate exam in consideration of COVID-19, the same was allowed earlier for the academic year 2021-22.

AP EAPCET exam will be held in online mode in MCQ format. A duration of 3 hours will be given to the students to complete the paper. Applying students must be Indian nationals or Persons of India Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). The AP EAPCET 2022 exam pattern is divided into 3 sections- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology.

AP EAPCET 2022: Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility

  • Aspiring candidates must have qualified Class 12 from a recognized board with PCM/B.
  • Indian/ Persons of India Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders can apply.

Programme Wise Eligibility

Engineering  Passed in PCM as an optional subject along with bridge course exam in Maths conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of AP/Telangana.
Candidates must be 17 years of age.
Pharmacy Passed in PCM as an optional subject or with Biological and Natural Sciences.
For the PharmD course, 45% in the qualifying exam (40% for SC/ST).
Candidates must be 16 years of age.
Agriculture Passed 10+2 with any of the relevant subjects.
Candidates must be 17 years of age. The upper age limit is 22 years for General/ OBC/ Others. For SC/ST 25 years is the upper age limit.

AP EAPCET 2022: Exam Pattern

  • The exam is conducted in online mode in MCQ format.
  • A total of 180 questions carrying 1 mark each will be there.
  • The medium of the exam is English and Telugu.
  • Students will get a time duration of 3 hours to complete the paper.
  • For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. No negative marking will be there for incorrect.

AP EAPCET 2022: How to Apply?

  • Applicants at first need to pay the application fee and after that can process further.
  • Visit the official application portal of AP EAPCET, at apsche.ap.gov.in after paying the fee.
  • Fill in all details in the Application form carefully like personal information, education qualification, upload the required documents, etc.
  • Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
