New Delhi: The 4th Convocation at AIIMS Bhubaneswar will take place on January 7, 2023, and students are urged to report there by 10 am on January 6 to receive the essential briefing and participate in the stage practise.
The 4th Convocation will take place on January 7, 2023, according to AIIMS Bhubaneswar Registrar BB Mishra. If they so choose, students are allowed to bring their parents (father + mother = a total of 3 people) to the event.
According to the official announcement, upon arrival at AllMS, Bhubaneswar for Convocation Gown, each student is required to provide a demand draught for INR 3,000 in the name of AllMS, Bhubaneswar as a security deposit. When they arrive, they must deposit the demand draught in the Dean's office. The demand draught is refundable when the Convocation Gown is returned.
The official notification states, "Convocation Gowns to be collected from LT-1 & LT-4, Administrative Building, on 6th January 2023, (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) by submitting a security amount of INR 3000/- in form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of AllMS, Bhubaneswar payable at AllMS, Bhubaneswar (No CASH will be accepted)".
The announcement also stated that "The DDs will be returned on deposit of the Convocation Gowns by 9:00 PM on January 7, 2023, itself from the same LTs from whence the Convocation Gowns are received."
The following batches of graduates are expected to attend the convocation and report to AllMS, Bhubaneswar, on January 6, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. for a necessary briefing and stage rehearsal: DM/Mch-2017 (July) & 2018 (January & July), MD/MS-2017(July),2018 (January & July), PDF (February 2020 to October 2021), M.Sc Nursing-2018, MBBS-2015 with some students of 2014 passed
