The programme from lasts one year and comprises two phases. The first phase is centred around the current three main research programmes in Leisure: Storytelling, Imagineering and Place-making. In the second phase you will work on a graduation project. This government-funded master?s programme is offered in cooperation with Tilburg University.

Researching Leisure and Tourism

Leisure and Tourism is not just important to people?s wellbeing but it is also?an important part of the economy. You will work on three important research?themes: Storytelling & Consumer Experience, Imagineering & Business?Innovation and Place-making & Events. The programme is divided into two?phases. In the first phase you will take a number of business related courses?like Understanding Leisure and Tourism, Attractions and Events, Imagineering?as Strategic Design in Leisure Organisations and Experience Marketing in?Leisure and Tourism. In the second phase you will work on your graduation.?You will prepare for this in seminars together with other students, after which?you will write your individual dissertation.
