The master’s in Medicine - which is taught in Dutch only -  is only open to students who have obtained their bachelor’s in Medicine in Maastricht. The program familiarises with medical practice through clinical rotations in different fields gradually be given more responsibility in dealing with patients. But education and a research project are also included in the curriculum.
