The MSc in? at the ?puts you at the forefront of R&D in innovative chemical processes, novel materials and new products. You will harness the latest technology and techniques to address the challenges that society faces (health, water, food, energy, environment).

The University of Twente offers two specialisations:?

  • Molecular & Materials Engineering?track, which has a strong focus on research, and?
  • Chemical & Process Engineering?track, which also strongly focuses on design education.

During the Master?s programme you will benefit from our close ties with high profile research institute and lab facilities, including the?MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology, the?Technical Medical Centre?and the?High Pressure Lab. You will fulfil the role of junior researcher from early on in the programme, giving presentations, writing articles and getting involved in grant applications. It is a highly international programme. You will write and present in English and have the opportunity to complete an internship abroad.

With a Master?s degree in Chemical Engineering to your name you will have the opportunity to pursue a wide range of challenging careers.
