• The Master’s programme Security and Network Engineering (SNE, formerly System and Netwerk Engineering) is a time-intensive one year programme at the University of Amsterdam (UvA).
  • It allows students to specialise in Security and Network Engineering on a more theoretical level. With security as a focal point in the programme for the last thirteen years, it prepares students for realistic situations outside of academics.
  • The one-year Master’s programme Security and Network Engineering consists of eight courses (all 6 EC) and two research projects. The courses are divided into two focus areas: Networking and Security. Students will follow the courses of the two focus areas in parallel.
