The study program European Private Law combines a coherent set of core courses on topics at the heart of Europeanization and internationalization, with a broad range of elective courses on subjects of high economic and societal relevance.
This LLM program offers its students a coherent set of courses on topics at the heart of the harmonization of private law in Europe. We also study and teach European private law dimensions beyond the EU’s borders.
Three modules are compulsory: Private Law in a European and International Context (6 EC), European Contract Law (9 EC), and European Private Law in Practice (3 EC).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized research university;
Students should have at least 3.0-grade points.
Submission of GMAT / GRE scores report.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Graduates of Indian central, state, or leading deemed and private universities.
Applicants must have achieved a minimum cumulative 1st division or better across all years of their studies.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, tests required to study in Netherlands, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
