Ques. Can I make multiple applications for undergraduate courses?

Ans. No. It is strictly stated in CAO guidelines that no applicant can make more than one application. If you do submit more than one application, a penalty of €10 will be imposed to you

Ques. Can I change my course if I have submitted my application through CAO?

Ans. Yes, you can change that. There is the facility of change of mind available for CAO applicants. The last date to do so is 1st July.

Ques. Is there any option for exceptional late applications? What is the deadline?

Ans. The applicants who are undergraduate students in any year in one of the participating HEIs can avail the facility of applying exceptionally late. The closing date is 22nd July.

Ques. Is there a minimum age requirement?

Ans. Generally, the National University of Ireland Galway requires the applicants to be of 17 years old. If an applicant does not fulfill these criteria, he/she needs to submit a special application to the president of the university.
