This is a research-type programme leading to the degree of MPhil or PhD in Government and?Public Administration. Students admitted to the MPhil stream and PhD stream will take the same?courses, but with higher requirement for PhD students. MPhil students with outstanding?results may apply for transferral to the PhD stream, whereas PhD students performing?unsatisfactorily will be transferred to the MPhil stream. The programme thus provides flexibility?for conversion between the two streams.?

Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree with second class honors in upper division
Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
Submit GMAT/GRE scores
Submit two reference letters
Submit a statement of purpose refelecting goals of doing Mphil in the particular program
Submit a research proposal to plan your research goals
Submit a copy of your previous research work
Submit English Language Proficiency test scores

English Language Requirements:

TOEFL : minimum 79 in iBT
IELTS: minimum 6.5
GMAT: verbal band of 21
