• The Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering and Management links the classical mechanical engineering with modern production techniques and management methods. The core areas are, for example, the optimization of manufacturing processes regarding quality, costs, and effectiveness as well as the organization and management of production. 
  • The program Production Engineering and Management at the Hochschule Pforzheim focuses on the most important part of the value-added chain in Baden-Württemberg's economy, namely; production technology. Among the key topics within production technology are laser technology, forming and stamping technology, which represent an important economic factor for the region Northern Black Forest and are known beyond the region. The areas of automation and handling technology complement the portfolio of the program.
