Technical University Freiberg Programs and Residence

  • Application Deadline: The international applicants need to apply by April 30 for winter intake and October 31 for summer intake.

Scholarship Eligible Students Benefits
Deutschlandstipendium Both Bachelor's and Master's students are eligible. Academically excellent students are offered an amount 300 Euros per semester, wherein half of the amount is funded by private agencies and half by the government.
Grants for exceptionally committed students Undergraduate and graduate students dmeonstrating academic excellence are eligible. PhD students: 500 Euros/month for a duration of 2–3 months. Other students: 300 Euros/month for a duration of 3–4 months.
Degree completion grant Graduate and PhD students are eligible. PhD students: 500 Euros/month for a duration of 2–3 months. Other students: 300 Euros/month for a duration of 3 months.
