• The "Micro and Nanotechnologies" course is not designed to be consecutive. It is funded by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences together with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering / Information Technology and concludes with the Master for "Micro and Nanotechnologies".
  • The development of materials, components and systems with key components in the dimension range below about 0.1 μm has created a considerable need for experts who can act at the interface between the well-mastered lithographic microtechnology and the molecular techniques.
  • The aim of the course is to enable students to advance future developments in micro and nanotechnologies as well as nanotechnical systems.
