The development and implementation of new concepts based on theoretical considerations, which combine nursing action and scientific knowledge and which focus on the person in need of care in his or her individual life situation, are an answer to these challenges.
This also has an impact on the interaction between nursing education and nursing practice in order to be able to open up appropriate solutions in the future. This ultimately results in the need to build on international developments in academization and professionalization in the care sector.

Following are the requirements for this program:

To start studying, students need a sufficient university entrance qualification.
In principle, proof can be provided by both school and vocational training.
With regard to school-based university entrance qualifications, a distinction is made between the general higher education entrance qualification, which entitles to study in all courses at a university ( e.g. Abitur), and a subject-related higher education entrance qualification, which enables subject-related study.
