The master’s course is aimed at foreign graduates who want to specialize in German law. The two-semester course is strongly related to European law and therefore differs from most master's courses in German law in Germany. European law is playing an increasingly important part in legal training. Especially in civil, constitutional and administrative law, an isolated consideration of German law without reference to European law is hardly possible anymore.
