Student required a bachelor's degree at least six semesters (or an equivalent degree) in any one of the following are architecture, energy technology, geography, planning, political science, psychology, social sciences, sociology, environmental science, administrative science, economics or in the state examination course in law or in a course with a similar content with qualifying examination results.
