University of Mannheim selects the students for admission on the basis of different admission criteria. A ranking list is released if the number of applications received exceeds the number of study spots available on the program. 5% of study spots are designated for applicants who are experiencing financial hardship, and 1% are reserved for applicants who are connected to a public-interest location (e.g. athletes).
