• The chemistry degree course, which is unique in Germany, includes a particularly broad and research-oriented education.
  • Experimental lectures and interactive learning tools are essential. The courses take place in comparatively small groups, practical problems are solved in a team. The proportion of laboratory internships in the courses is very high at around 50 percent. 
  • There is a very good supervisor-student relationship and there are no waiting times for the basic internships either. In the first semesters, intensive and individual support is provided by interdisciplinary mentors, student (subject-specific) tutors, technical staff and scientific assistants.
