The bachelor's degree in music theater studies offers a solid basic education for various professions in the field of music theater (dramaturgy, directing, assistant director, cultural administration, music journalism or music publishing). By music theater we mean the different forms of European music theater in the fields of opera, operetta, musical, dance theater, and performance. In the course, basic knowledge of the history, analysis, and theory of musical theater forms is imparted.
