Visa Requirements for International Students
Students wishing to pursue their degree in France need to apply for a student visa. Students can either apply for a short stay student visa, or long stay student visa depending on the duration of their chosen course. While the short stay visa allows the students to study in France for a period of three months, long stay visa lasts for as long as the completion of your bachelors or masters degree (more than six months)
After the successful selection of the application for the admission at HEC, students will receive a letter of introduction along with their study visa. Documents required for the successful submission of your application are as below:

Ques. Who can apply for the HEC Paris MIM or Grande Ecole Program?
Ans. The HEC MiM / Grande Ecole program invites applications from young and motivated students of all nationalities holding a University degree with a minimum of three years having acquired 180 ECTS.
The HEC MiM / Grande Ecole program is a complete education in general administration and therefore admissions are open to students from various fields of study (engineers, social sciences, sciences, arts, etc.), with almost no professional experience.
Ques. Do students offer spring or winter entry?
Ans. No, HEC Paris only offers a full time Master program which starts in the month of September of each year.
Ques. How easy/hard is it to get into HEC Paris?
Ans. It is not very hard to get into HEC. All you have to do is meet admissions requirements, English language proficiency test score, visa proof, and sufficient funds for living and studying in France.
Ques. What is the difference between the Admission Round and if there will be any disadvantage in applying for a later round?
Ans. There is no contrast between the Admission Round criteria. All Admission Rounds are open for a single entry in September month. As there could be no other entry points, we urge you to apply right on time as the quantity of places are limited and admission is highly competitive.
Ques. Can students apply for more than one master's program at HEC?
Ans. Yes. When filling in your application form, you can make two choices for the equivalent round. If you apply for two courses, your first choice is the favoured one. Your subsequent choice application will be sent for review only if your favored first choice application is unsuccessful. Ans. After being processed by the Admissions Team, the application is reviewed and assessed by the Academic Director of the program you are applying for. Ques. Is the GMAT or GRE or TAGE MAGE scores mandatory?
Ans. Yes, students are needed to provide a test score for one of these three tests except if you are applying for one of our Double Degree programs where specific criteria apply.

Ans. The Summer School invites different participant profiles. Participants included university-level students, recent graduates and young professionals who are trying to discover a new domain. Ques. Do HEC accept unofficial GMAT or GRE test scores?
Ans. No. students are advised to wait until their application is complete including the authority management test scorecard (test taker copy) prior to submitting. If on the deadline date, they have still not received the official score results, the Institute will exceptionally take their unofficial GMAT or GRE score given on the day of the test or a screenshot of their GMAT or GRE score from the particular websites.
