    UCEED 2023 Admit Card: In case of any discrepancies, candidates can report to UCEED authority until January 17, 2023, till 5 pm by writing an email on –uceed@iitb.ac.in.  UCEED 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on January 22, 2023.

    UCEED 2022 Admit Card will be made available on the official website. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website. Below mentioned are important dates with respect to UCEED 2022.

    How to Download UCEED 2023 Admit Card?

    In order to download UCEED Admit Card 2023, candidates will be required to proceed with the following steps:

    1. Visit the official website at www.uceed.iitb.ac.in.
    2. Go to Candidate’s Login and enter login details such as User Id and Password.
    3. Click on the link stating Download/View UCEED Admit Card.
    4. UCEED 2023 Admit Card will appear on the computer screen.
    5. Download and print the document.

    Candidates are advised to retain the admit card until the end of admission process.

    Discrepancy in UCEED 2023 Admit Card

    UCEED Admit Card 2023 is an important document to appear for the UCEED exam. Therefore, it is necessary that all the details mentioned on it are accurate. If a candidate notices any discrepancy in the admit card, he/she must contact the conducting authority of the examination till January 17, 2023. Discrepancy usually occurs if the candidate has entered a wrong detail or wrong spelling at the time of filling up the application form or due to an error of the server.

    Along with the admit card, candidates are advised to carry photo identity proof for verification purposes. Please note that if any of the candidates fails to produce UCEED 2023 Admit Card and one of the below given photo-identity proofs, then she/he will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The following photo-identity proofs are considered valid for appearing in UCEED 2023 exam:

    Please note the following points with reference to the examination centers.

    1. It is mandatory that candidates select 3 cities of their choice, in the order of preference, at the time of online application. Once the application is submitted, a request for change of city will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.
    2. If enough candidates are not available in a listed city, then that city may be dropped from the final list, and those candidates will be allotted a center in the city of either their second choice or third choice. Furthermore, under certain circumstances, the UCEED 2023 Committee reserves the right to add a new city/town or remove an existing one and allot a city/town that may not be among any of the choices of a candidate.
    3. A listed city may have more than one examination centre. A request for change of a center within the same city/town will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

    UCEED 2023 Exam Day Instructions

    Candidates appearing for UCEED 2023 exam must go through the below mentioned instructions carefully to avoid any disturbance and disqualification from the exam thereafter. Some of these instructions will be stated on the back of UCEED 2023 Admit Card and should be strictly followed by the candidate.

    The instructions stated on admit card is as follows:

    • Candidates must carry a printed copy of the downloaded UCEED 2023 Admit Card. Only candidates having a valid admit card will be allowed to write the examination.
    • The candidate’s identity will be verified by invigilators as well as IIT representatives. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt, the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the examination. However, the authorities at their discretion may permit the candidate to appear for the examination after completing certain formalities.
    • No extra time will be allowed for completing the examination in lieu of the time taken for completing these formalities.
    • Impersonation in the examination is a serious offence and will lead to disqualification of the candidate from UCEED, and lead to criminal proceeding against the candidate.
    • Candidates will NOT be allowed to carry any electronic device (mobile phones, smart phones, digital/smart watches, calculators, tablets etc.), abacus, slide rule, logbooks, study material of any type, geometry box, etc. to the examination hall. A list of forbidden items will be put up on the website before the exam if there are additional items.
    • Candidates have to remain in the examination hall for the entire duration of the paper.

    Ques. I have made a mistake in the UCEED 2023 Application form. How do I correct it? 

    Ans. You have to send an email to uceed@iitb.ac.in with details like – Registration Number, your Name and Mobile phone number. till January 14, 2022. You have to then mention the nature of your mistake. The institute will rectify the mistake if possible or they advise you on what is the next step. 

    Ques.  I have filled up the UCEED 2023 Application Form, but I am not able to complete the fee payment successfully. What should I do? 

    Ans. Firstly make sure that you’re using the recommended browser only and the versions that are allowed. You can also clear your browser cookies, cache or you can try using a different browser. 

    Ques. Besides uploading the photo and signature in UCEED 2023 Application form, what other documents should I upload? 

    Ans. Candidates have to upload the following documents in UCEED 2022 Application Form

    • Qualifying examination certificate (if the candidate appeared for 2021) 
    • A certificate from the school/college principal (only for candidates who are appearing in 2022 board exam)
    • Gazette notification showing the change of name (if the name of the candidate is not the same as in the 12th class certificate and 
    • Category or Caste Certificate (For OBC – NCL / SC / ST / PwD Candidates)

    Ques. What are the documents to carry to the Exam Centre along with UCEED 2023 Admit Card? 

    Ans. Candidates only have to carry a printed copy of UCEED 2023 Admit Card to the exam centre along with valid identity proof.

    Ques.  There is an error in my UCEED 2023 Admit Card. What should I do now? 

    Ans. You can contact the Chairman, UCEED & CEED 2022 till January 17, 2023, if any discrepancy in UCEED 2023 admit card comes to your notice as they are the final and binding authority on all the applicants.

    Ans. Yes, you have to carry a printed copy of UCEED 2023 Admit Card to the exam centre. 

    Ques. What is the reporting time at the Exam Centre?

    Ans. No, candidates are not allowed to carry their mobile phones, smart phones, digital/ smart watches, calculators, tablets, slide rule, log books, study material of any type, geometry box, or any electronic device to the exam centre.
