Pros:
- The department has relatively small class sizes of around 60 students. This allows for more one-on-one interaction with professors, similar to what you may have experienced in school.
- The HOD (Head of Department) and senior faculty members are helpful and care about the interests of students.
- Despite being a newer department (started around 10 years ago), the Chemical Engineering Department has maintained decent placement records.
