In accordance with IGNOU BEd Entrance 2023 Exam Pattern, the syllabus is going to be divided into two parts. Details on the exam pattern are listed below.
- In the first part of IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam, there is going to be four sections such as General English Comprehension, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Educational & General Awareness, and Teaching-Learning & the School.
- There is going to be a total of 10 and 20 objective types of questions in the sections General English Comprehension and Logical & Analytical Reasoning respectively.
- On the other hand, the section Educational & General Awareness and Teaching-Learning & the School is going to carry a total of 25 questions in each.
- In part B of IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam, there is going to be a section of Subject Competence from which candidates are going to have to select any one subject from the list. The list of subjects contains Science, Mathematics, Social Science, English, and Hindi.

This allows for more one-on-one interaction with professors, similar to what you may have experienced in school. Despite being a newer department (started around 10 years ago), the Chemical Engineering Department has maintained decent placement records.
