GITAM GAT 2021 Application Form is available from January 01, 2021. Candidates can register in either online or offline mode. GITAM University has not announced the last date to apply for GITAM GAT 2021.  The application fee for GITAM GAT 2021 is INR 800 for all categories. The fee can be paid via net banking, debit/credit card. The booking of slots will be done a week prior to the exam date

GITAM GAT is held for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs in the streams of Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy. GAT PGT score is considered for admission to M.Tech courses offered by GITAM University in all its 3 campuses, located in Bengaluru, Vishakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

How to Fill GITAM GAT 2021 Application Form?

GITAM 2021 application form is available in online and offline mode. The candidates can apply for the GITAM application form onlineby following the steps below:

1. Open the official website i.e. gitam.edu
2. Look for the link for “GITAM GAT 2021 application form”.
3. Click on the link, select the details of the course from the drop down on the page.
4. Fill the application form in the online mode.
5. Upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature.
6. Pay the application fee of INR 1000 through credit/debit card.

Step 1- Details to be filled in the online application form:

Candidates have to fill the details of name, date of birth, educational qualification, percentage marks, father’s name, mother’s name and other important details. Before hitting the final submit button after the payment of application fee, the candidate can modify the personal information.

Step 2- Photograph specifications:

The photograph to be uploaded must not be older than 3 months. The photograph must be colored and must have a light background. A passport size photograph is only acceptable. The image must be in jpeg format.

Step 3- Payment of application fee:

The GITAM GAT application fee can be paid in the online mode through credit/debit card. Once the fee has been paid the candidate can download the acknowledgment receipt. They must take a printout and keep it for future use.

The candidates can pay the application fee in offline mode through DD. The DD must be drawn in favour of GITAM University, Vishakhapatnam.

Steps to fill the GITAM GAT application form in offline mode:

1. Take a plain sheet of paper and write a letter to director-admission requesting to receive a copy of application form at your address. Attach a DD of INR 150 along with the letter. Send it to the office of admission director, Vishakhapatnam. The applications must reach office before March 26, 2021 (expected).
2. Fill the details of name, address, phone number, etc. As asked in the application form. Then attach a DD of INR1000 payable to Gitam University, Vishakhapatnam.
3. The applications can be purchased from some branches of Union Bank of India, Indian Bank and Karur Vysya Bank across India.

The table above makes it clear only the female category candidates are getting fee concession. There is no fee rebate for reserved category candidates.  The fee can be paid through credit/debit card or through DD drew in favour of GITAM University, Vishakhapatnam.

Documents Required Filling GITAM GAT Application Form 2021

The important documents required are different according to the mode of form filling. The important documents in

1. Online mode:

2. Offline mode:

• A written letter which will be sent to the admission office to get the application form.

• Email communication medium is to be used to advise the candidate for correction of information in the application form.
• Candidate after submitting the application form cannot change the information without the permission of the GITAM exam management team.

Retrieving Application Number and Password: The candidates can retrieve the application number and password on the registered email id. GITAM GAT 2021 Application Form Status

• GAT PGT 2021 application form status can be checked by logging into your account.
• Candidate must check all the information submitted before submitting the application form after the payment of the application fee.
• The application forms without the application fee will be rejected. Candidates can submit the application fee March 30, 2021.
• Once the form is accepted, the candidate will receive mail about the details filled in the application form.
• The fee paid is indicated in the application form. GAT PGT application forms with incomplete information will be rejected and same will be intimated to the candidate through a mail by director_admissions@gitam.edu

Eligibility for GITAM GAT 2021

The candidates can apply for GITAM GAT 2021 if they satisfy the below eligibility criteria.

• B.Tech. Programs: Candidate must have cleared class 12 examination with a minimum of 60% marks combining the domain of physics, chemistry and biology/mathematics. Class 12 examinations must have been cleared in first class or equivalent grade.
• B.Tech Biotechnology: Class 12 examination or equivalent examination must have been cleared with 60% marks through science stream. The subjects are physics, chemistry and biology/mathematics.
• B.Pharmacy: A minimum of 50% marks have been obtained in class 12 examination. The compulsory subjects are mathematics, physics and chemistry.
• B.Arch: Candidate must have cleared or qualified NATA/JEE exam and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in class 12 examination. The compulsory subjects are Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
