    AP ICET Application Form 2023 (Out): Check Dates, Eligibility, Fees and Process

    As per AP ICET 2023 Eligibility Criteria, Bachelor's degree holders with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the exam. APICET 2023 application fee for all the categories is INR 550. Sri Krishnadevaraya University​ will conduct AP ICET 2023 on May 24 - 25, 2023 in online mode.

    APICET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

    Nationality

    • Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
    • Candidates must satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended.

    Academic Qualifications

    Requirements for MBA (Master of Business Administration)

    • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree of 3 years duration from any recognized University or its equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10th class level.
    • They should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation.
    • For reserved candidates from SC, ST, PWD category, it should be 45%.

    Requirements for MCA (Master of Computer Application)

    • Aspirants should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree of 3 years duration with “Mathematics” as one of the subjects at Intermediate or Degree level.
    • A minimum of 50% aggregate is required in Graduation.
    • For reserved candidates (SC, ST, and PWD), the aggregate should be 45%.

    Requirements for MCA (Master of Computer Application)- 2nd YEAR DIRECT (lateral entry

    • BCA or Degree holders in IT/CS with Mathematics at 10+2 or Degree level.
    • A minimum of 50% aggregate is required in Graduation.
    • For reserved candidates (SC, ST, and PWD), the aggregate should be 45%.

    How to Fill AP ICET Application Form?

    Applicants can follow the following rules to complete the APICET 2023 Registration and filling-in details in the online application form afterward.

    AP ICET 2019 Application Form

    Step 1: Registration

    Before starting the process of registering for the exam, the candidates must possess complete knowledge regarding the various steps involved. The registration process for APICET Exam is simple and easy to follow.

    1. Visit the official website http://sche.ap.gov.in.
    2. Click on the tab “Apply Online”.
    3. Select registration fee payment mode- AP Online / e-Seva/ MeeSeva or Debit / Credit card.

    For payment mode AP Online / e-Seva / MeeSeva:

    1. Visit AP Online Centers with
      • Hall ticket number of qualifying exam
      • candidate’s name
      • candidate’s father’s name
      • date of birth of candidate
      • hall ticket number of SSC or equivalent
      • candidate’s phone number.
    2. Collect the receipt of payment and ensure that it contains the Transaction ID.
    3. Login to official website using the Transaction ID.
    4. Fill in the details required for payment verification such as AP application number, candidate’s name etc.
    5. Click on the button “Proceed to online application form filling”.

    For payment via Debit card or Credit card:

    1. Fill the details from Debit or Credit Card.
    2. Click on the “Make Payment” button, a Transaction ID will be generated.
    3. Click on the button “Proceed to online application form filling”.

    Step 2: Filling AP ICET Application Form

    After the payment, candidates will be redirected to the application form where the following details need to be filled.

    • Candidate Details- Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of Birth, Gender, Identification Marks, Birth State, Birth District, Aadhar Number, Correspondence Address.
    • Qualifying Examination- Undergraduate Degree, Appearing or Passed, Year of Passing, Hall ticket number of qualifying exam, Percentage marks, Place of study of degree or equivalent
    • Choice of Regional Entrance Exam- One test centre according to the preference of candidate
    • Category- OC, BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E, SC, ST
    • Local Area Status- AU : Andhra University, OU : Osmania University, SVU : Sri Venkateswara University, ANU: Acharya Narayana University, Non Local : As per the Non Local conditions mentioned in the Instruction booklet
    • SSC or equivalent- SSC Board, Hall Ticket Number, Year of Passing, SSC Place of Study
    • Community- Minority or Non-Minority Community
    • Special Category- PH / VH / HI / OH, NCC, CAP, Sports
    • Annual Parental Income- Below One Lakh, Between One lakh and Two lakh, More than Two Lakh
    • Intermediate Degree- Mathematics in (10+2) or not, Place of Study.

    Step 3: Uploading the documents

    Candidates are required to upload the following documents after filling the application form:

    • Scanned image of passport-sized photograph in .jpg file format of file size less than 30 KB.
    • Scanned image of signature in .jpg file format of file size less than 15 KB.

    AP ICET Application Fee

    • APICET Application Fee for candidates of all the categories is INR 550/-.
    • The application fee can be paid offline in cash or online using Debit card /Credit card /Net Banking.
    • To pay the application fee in cash, candidates must visit the nearest APOnline Center.

    AP ICET Application Form Correction

    • In case of any mistakes in the application form, corrections can be made during the correction window provided by the authorities.
    • The form correction period will be announced soon.
    • Candidates can make changes in the following fields:
      • Academic details
      • Place of study - Intermediate or equivalent
      • Bridge course Hall Ticket Number
      • Mother's Name
      • Birth State/District
      • Gender
      • Community
      • Special Category
      • Local Area Status
      • Non-Minority/Minority
      • Annual income of parents
      • Address for Correspondence
      • Mobile/Email ID
      • Aadhaar Card Details

    • No changes can be made in the following fields.
      • Candidate’s name
      • Father's name
      • Date of birth (as per SSC or equivalent)
      • Signature and photograph
      • Qualifying Hall Ticket Number

    Candidates can, however, request AP ICET Convenor for modifications with valid documents by writing at official support mail that will be released along with notifications.

    AP ICET Application FAQs 

    Ques. When will AP ICET application form 2023 be released?

    Ans: APICET application form 2023 has been released on March 20, 2023. Candidates can fill out the form on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. 

    Ques. Can I edit my AP ICET application form 2023 after submission? 

    Ans: Yes. The authorities will give an opportunity to make changes in AP ICET 2023 application form on May 16 – 17, 2023. That would be the final opportunity to make changes in the application form. No changes can be made once the correction window is closed. 

    Ques. What documents are required for filling AP ICET 2023 application form? 

    Ans: The following documents are required for filling AP ICET 2023 application form. 

    • Local candidate certificate issued by the competent authority 
    • Income certificate 
    • Category certificate (if applicable) 
    • Mark sheet or the roll number of qualifying exam 
    • Class 10 mark sheet 
    • Birth certificate 
    • Scanned image of passport size photograph in JPG format 
    • Scanned image of signature in JPG format 

    Ques. Can I pay my AP ICET 2023 application fee offline? 

    Ans: Yes you can pay AP ICET application fee offline. Visit your nearest APOnline center for that purpose. 

    Ques. Is any concession given to the candidates of reserved categories in AP ICET application fee? 

    Ans: No concession is given to the candidates of reserved categories in AP ICET application fee. The application fee for all candidates is Rs 550. 

    Ques. I put the wrong date of birth in my APICET 2023 application form by mistake. Can I change it during the correction window? 

    Ans: No. Date of birth comes under the category of details in APICET 2023 application form which cannot be changed during the correction window. Candidates can write an email to the exam convenor with valid documents and request to make the correction. The email ID will be mentioned in the official notification. 

    Ques. Can I submit APICET application form 2023 after the deadline? 

    Ans: Yes you can. However, you will have to pay a late fee while submitting your AP ICET 2023 application form. The conducting authorities will give three deadlines for late submission. If you submit the form before the first deadline, you will have to pay Rs 2000 as late fee. If you submit within the second deadline, the late fee would be Rs 5000. Submission of application fee after the second deadline would attract Rs 10000 as late fee. 

    Ques. Can I fill AP ICET application form offline? 

    Ans: No. The mode of submission of APICET application form is online. You have to fill and submit the form on the official website. 

    Ques. Is it necessary to take print out of APICET 2023 application form? 

    Ans: Yes. Candidates are advised to take a print out of their AP ICET application form. It will be helpful for future reference. 

    Ques. Can I change my mobile number in APICET 2023 application form? 

    Ans: Yes. If candidates feel that they need to change their mobile number after they have submitted APICET application form, they can do so during the correction window. 

    Ques. I belong to the reserved category. Do I need to upload my caste certificate in APICET 2023 application form? 

    Ans: No. Candidates are not required to upload their caste certificate in APICET application form.
