Master in Fashion Management (MFM course) is a 2 year postgraduate degree in the field of fashion management covering all the necessary aspects needed to become skillful professionals in the fashion industry.
To pursue this course, the minimum eligibility is a graduation degree in any domain. Admission is mostly done through NIFT MFM Exam, whose syllabus is discussed in the last section.

NIFT MFM Exam Syllabus
Students need to qualify General Ability Test (GAT) in order to get admission in MFM course, which consist of the following sections:

- Communication Ability and English Comprehension
- Analytical and Logical Ability
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs
- Case Study
Syllabus of NIFT exam GAT is described below:
- Quantitative Ability: This section tests the quantitative ability of candidates, consisting of questions from the topics such as Number system, Percentage, Rate of Interest, Work and Task, Ratio and Proportion and Distance, etc.
- Communicative Ability & English Comprehension: In this section, the students are tested on the basis of their language skills and its use in day-to-day communication in English.
- Analytical Ability & Logical Ability: This section tests the candidate’s capacity for the ability of inference and logic from the given information.
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs: This section is designed to test the candidate’s general awareness and current affairs knowledge.
- Case Study: The Case Study is designed especially to test the managerial skills of the candidate. It is based on a situation of an industry environment in which the candidate has to analyze and provide solutions to the questions asked.
