Research is also a viable option for pursuing further studies after completion of M. Tech followed by Ph.D. in Ceramic Technology especially in foreign countries.

Salary and remuneration vary from one’s expertise, experience, and the company. A graduate with the successful completion of the program can earn anywhere between 25,000 INR to 40,000 INR per month, however, it can go more than the specified range.

Eligibility For B. Tech. in Ceramic Engineering

To pursue a career in Ceramic Technology/Engineering, one must possess an engineering degree in the same. Colleges all over India offer graduation (B. Tech or B.E.) and post-graduation (M. Tech or M.E.) level courses. The minimum educational qualification to become eligible for pursuing the bachelor’s program is to pass Higher Secondary (10+2) level examination with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with a high percentage of marks. Generally, for admission in any B. Tech program, 50% is required in 10+2.

B. Tech. in Ceramic Engineering: Admission Process

Aspirants have to go through a rigorous process of clearing national and state level examinations for getting admission into various institutes. Candidates have to pass the national level entrance examinations such as
