The diploma in culinary arts offers students a comprehensive education in the culinary world. Upon completion of six months academic curriculum, students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by being placed in 4*/5* hotels within their industrial learning program. Through this program, students are able to gain real-world experience and develop their skills in a professional setting. This not only allows them to apply the knowledge they have learned in the classroom, but also gives them a chance to learn from experienced chefs and work alongside industry professionals. By the end of the program, students will have a well-rounded understanding of the culinary industry and be equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their careers.
