Only Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture Graduates are eligible to apply for this program. Aspirants should also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the final year.

Medical Fitness

Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eyesight up to (+ sign) or a (- sign) - 2.25, and with no colour blindness.

Age limit

Candidates should be within 28 years of age at the time when the course starts.
