PSIT College of Engineering (PSIT CoE) is a premier educational established in 2004, located at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. PSIT Kanpur offers a plethora of engineering courses both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. It currently offers six B. Tech programs and two M. Tech programs. The institute itself is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) , Lucknow.

Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech and M. Tech programs can apply through online mode by visiting the UPSEE website.
10+2 in Science stream with minimum 40% marks is required to be eligible for B. Tech programs.
Graduation (engineering) in the relevant discipline with 45% minimum marks for admission to M. Tech programs.
Only UPSEE qualified candidates are eligible for counselling and admission unless applying under management quota.
B. Tech and M. Tech candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in their respective UPSEE.
Candidates who meet the minimum cut-off percentile (25% usually) in UPSEE are selected for counselling.

PSIT College of Engineering B.Tech Admission 2023

PSIT College of Engineering offers AICTE approved B. Tech programs in 6 disciplines. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to any of these courses is 10+2 or equivalent exam with 45% marks qualification in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects.

Selection of candidates is done through UPSEE counselling. A final merit list of the selected candidates is declared after counselling after which students can seek admission in their allotted departments.

Key points:

Engineering Diploma holders or B.Sc. Graduates with Mathematics can seek admission through Lateral Entry into B. Tech. third semester.
The minimum qualifying percentile of marks in 10+2 for reserved category candidates is 40%.
The cut-off percentage of marks in UPSEE for the merit of successful candidates is 25% (20% for SC/ST) as per UP State Govt. order.

PSIT College of Engineering M.Tech Admission 2023

PSIT Kanpur offers M. Tech programs in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a B.Tech in the relevant or allied discipline.

Selection is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in UPSEE exams for the respective courses.

Candidates applying through UPSEE can apply by visiting the AKTU website and filling the online application form.
Candidates must opt for PSIT College of Engineering as the preferred choice of institute while filling the application form.
Application fee can be paid online via credit/ debit card or net-banking.
Candidates should keep the print out of the application confirmation page for the record. They are also advised to note down the Application Form Number for any future correspondence.

Eligibility is physics chemistry maths subjects in class 12th and jee mains exam, You can find the application form and application fees and dates on the official website of Psit. ac .in website yes, reservation benefits are available for economically weaker classes. and scholarship is also available for students this is a good college no such improvement is required its a good college with a good campus

How can one get admission for B.Tech in PSIT, Kanpur?

To get admission for B.Tech into PSIT, Kanpur, there are two ways available to you.

To qualify for the UPTU state entrance exam and follow the proper counseling channel.
To get admission through the Management quota. It is important to note that generally, the administration of PSIT does not take any donations for admission as of now.

If you are interested in getting admission to PSIT, you can directly walk into the college admissions cell. The admission cell will guide you through the admission process and provide you with all the necessary information.
