Steps for online application

Visit the official website of the University i.e. http://www.ipu.ac.in/
Click on the admission tab from the home page
A new page will open up with detailed instructions
Read the instructions carefully and agree to the terms and conditions
Press submit button
Fill out the details including personal information, course interested in, mobile number and e-mail id
After submitting details, candidates will receive log in credential as email or sms
Log out of current session and again log in with received credentials
Click on Registration to enter academic and personal information
Upload relevant documents, photograph and signature
Submit to move towards online fee portal
Pay fees via credit/debit card or net banking and save the payment slip for future reference
Preview the application before final submission before the due date
Take printout of the duly filled application form

Valid e-mail and mobile number throughout the application process
Scanned copy of recent color passport sized photograph in jpeg/jpg format only. The size must be in between 10KB-100KB
Scanned signature with black or blue ink only in jpeg/jpg format only. The size must be in between 10KB-100KB
Scanned copy of 10th and 12th Mark sheets
Scanned Caste Certificate in prescribed format, if applicable
Scanned Disability Certificate, if applicable

USLLS New Delhi Ph.D Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have passed Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for reserved category) in relevant subject from a recognized University. He/She must appear for the Common Entrance Test for admissions conducted by the University.

Admissions are done on the basis of merit in Common Entrance Test by the University for the academic year
