Applicants will be required to take a written test. Candidates short-listed after the written test will be required to appear for a Personal Interview. The interview process seeks out the strengths of each candidate and tries to match the profile of the prospective candidate to the course selected. The Personal Interview will be assessed on the following criteria:

2. Alertness and analytical skills
3. General awareness
4. Personality/Attitude
