First of all, we take the cuet exam and then take admission to college. The cut-off is around 500 plus out of 700. This college admission process is normal. Go on dealing with Windows and he checks your documents. No, I don't want to change any process because the admission process is easy.

I took the CUET exam for admission. The syllabus of the exam was particularly based on the syllabus of my 12th standard. It was not so tough exam because I had already studied the same syllabus before. The results got delayed again and again and this is the area where things might be improved.

Among the colleges, Ramanujan College is best. It has a great campus. The infrastructure is quite good too. There are smart classes with ACs. The atmosphere at the campus is good for academics. It is one of the top-ranked colleges in India. In 2021, it was ranked 43 for commerce by Outlook 2021. The faculty base of the institute is good too. Ramanujan is better than Deshbandhu in every aspect. They offer the best faculty and infrastructure.

  • Ramanujan college was previously Deshbandhu evening college but now it has transitioned to a morning college.
  • Both the colleges are next to each other with separate buildings.
  • Ramanujan definitely has much better infrastructure, faculty and student crowd than Deshbandhu college.
  • If you want to pursue B.Com, Ramanujan will be a better option as it is the third largest college for commerce education under Delhi University.
  • Ramanujan has a few good societies where students can participate.
  • The commerce society of Ramanujan is the best in the college.
  • The placement situation is more or less the same in both the colleges.

The downside to Deshbandhu is the environment. It has a very political environment with frequent conflicts happening every time during university elections. Therefore for focussing mainly on your studies you could go for Ramanujan.

Both Swami Shraddhanand College and Ramanujan College are remarkable colleges at Delhi University. They are an exception in certain departments. The eminence of your choice of course thus depends on it.

  • If you are willing to opt for the science or humanities courses, then Swami Shraddhanand College would be the best as it is renowned for these courses.
  • On the other hand, if the infrastructure of the institute interests you then Ramanujan College would be better to opt for. Its infrastructure is terrific.
  • For commerce, it is suggested that you do not opt for Swami Shraddhanand College.
  • In terms of extracurricular activities, fests, sports, it is certainly the best.
  • Ramanujan College is yet to be known for providing such facilities. Moreover, the campus at Swami Shraddhanand is whopping.
  • The faculty in these colleges are similar with highly educated and experienced professors holding Ph.D. degrees.
  • Attendance percentage is not given much significance at Swami Shraddhanand College.
  • However, it is considered a huge issue at Ramanujan college.
  • Students are met with serious repercussions. They go as far as not issuing admit cards for semester examinations.
  • If you are a student who loves to explore places then you may visit the picnic spots and shopping complexes near Ramanujan college.

In conclusion, both of these colleges offer similar facilities and academic structures. Given that you are a hard-working student, whichever college you opt for would help you in building a career.

Ramanujan and Shivaji are the best options. Shivaji will offer you a great campus experience compared to the other colleges mentioned here. Whereas, Ramanujan will offer great infrastructural facilities.

You can go to Motilal Nehru if you really want to get into the south campus. However, students usually go to Ramanujan or Shivaji after making the cutoff. So, choose wisely.
