If your waiting list number lies within the first 100 then you have more chances to get into that. Most of the students that get into the first list have a waiting list number below 100. I have a friend who is an alumnus of SCMS, Pune and she had many classmates who got admission through the 2nd and 3rd list. Most of them had a rank within 150. Every year SCMS usually publishes a 2nd and 3rd list. Usually, the 2nd and 3rd waiting list comes out by 10 days or a week after the fee payment is done by the first waiting list candidates. However, SCMS also has a digital library with which you will gain access to online books and journals too. There is something for everyone here. For example, if you are a music lover, you can explore the music room where you can play different instruments too.  There are multiple other facilities like amphitheaters, reading rooms, audiovisual rooms, and computer labs. You are welcome to explore all of them. As far as the locality is concerned, Viman Nagar is one of the best localities in the city of Pune. The campus is always alive with the buzz of students and everyone is always involved in something or the other. Overall, you will find whatever you are looking for at the SCMS campus and it is definitely one of the best campuses in the country. As a student, you will surely enjoy your stay here. It is not hard to get into SCMS Pune. I am listing down a few pointers that might help you secure a good SET score. A score above 115–120 would be quite sufficient and even can help you with the preparation for the interview. You can be asked to speak about yourself, your hometown, your education, and qualifications, etc. You can even be asked some questions based on your 12th curriculum, general knowledge such as ministers, presidents, etc. You can prepare a few Good essays for the WAT - Writing ability test. To be honest, many of my friends have recently graduated from SCMS Pune. They say their interviews were pretty basic.
