One of my friends studied at Delhi University. According to him, taking admission at PGDAV for B.Com will prove to be good for your career.

If both the colleges are compared, we will see that PGDAV is much ahead than Ram Lal Anand (RLA) in several factors:

  • The societies of PGDAV are considered the most popular in DU. These include -  Rudra, IRIS and Rapbeats.
  • In sports their cricket team is considered among the top teams.
  • PGDAV has one of the best canteens in DU .
  • Their infrastructure is one factor in which both the colleges come on the same rank. They are properly built and well maintained.
  • The student crowd in PGDAV is also known to be more competitive and enthusiastic than RLA.

Therefore after analyzing all the points, it is suggested that you take admission in PGDAV College, as it will give you a secure future.

The better choice would definitely be Ram Lal Anand College after what I have learned from my friends studying there.

The campus might not be as extravagant as other colleges, but if you want to study microbes, Ram Lal Anand College is the best choice.

The reasons to choose this college over Swami Shraddhanand College are as follows:

  • The best microbiology course offered by Delhi University.
  • It is a really underrated college. Thus you may not hear about it in discussions.
  • The students from this college have got their research papers printed in international papers.
  • The faculty is highly experienced at the University of Delhi in Microbiology and they guide you at every single step of your course.
Categories B.Sc. Microbiology at Ram Lal Anand College Swami Shraddhanand College
Course Fee 36,465 36,225
Placement Percentage 60-75% -
Highest CTC 16 LPA 12 LPA
Average CTC 5 LPA 3.5 LPA

So I would say Ram Lal Anand College over Swami Shraddhanand College any day. But ultimately it is your choice, make an informed decision and choose the one that satisfies your requirements.

Among all these above mentioned colleges it is recommended you go for Motilal Nehru College.

  • They have a highly experienced faculty.
  • It is located in South Campus.
  • There are proper facilities for transportation and accommodation available nearby.
  • There are many societies and clubs which you can join according to your interests.
Categories BA English (Hons.) in Motilal Nehru College
Course Fee INR 21,450
Placement Percentage 85%
Average CTC 3-5 LPA

Opting for MotiLal Nehru College will be better due to its south campus brand value also the provide numerous opportunities to the students both professional and extracurriculars. Though the ambience of that college is a bit inclined towards politics, still it will prove to be better than Rajdhani and Ram Lal Anand college.
