Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition (IHM) is a Public Institute located in Hajipur, Bihar. It was established in the year 1998 and is affiliated to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi and National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).

IHM Hajipur offers B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and Diploma course in Food Production, Food & Beverages Services.

Applicants to B.Sc. (in Hospitality and Hotel Administration) and Diploma courses have to pass Higher Secondary Examination/10+2 or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject.

IHM Hajipur B.Sc. Admission 2023

Three-year full-time B.Sc. (in Hospitality and Hotel Administration) program is offered by IHM, Hajipur. The minimum eligibility to apply for B.Sc. course is having passed Higher Secondary Education/10+2 or equivalent with English as a subject.

Note:

Candidates need to send/ submit the hard copy of the application form in person to the Institute along with the requisite fees.

Remarks:

The applicant should have a 12th pass with any stream but should have English in his subjects. The willing candidate has to apply for the NCHMCT JEE also known as (NCHM JEE) conducted by NTA every year. The dates may vary but usually, the start date is from February onwards. Reservations are there for SC, ST, and EWS as per the NCHMCT norms. The fee of the application is 1000rs for General / OBC candidates, 750rs for EWS, and 450rs for SC / ST / PD / Transgender. The exam will be CBT mode and the questions will be objective type. After giving exam response sheet will be released for the candidate to check his/her response and can raise objections if there are any. Then after scorecard will be released with All India Rank. On the basis of his/her AIR counseling will happen and the cut-off will be released. For admission to Top IHMs, one should have a rank below AIR1000.
