Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time BE Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Other Communities:

(Communities other than BC/MBC/SC/ST) Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.

Backward Class Community:

Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. The candidate should produce the Community Certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar.

Most Backward Class Community:

Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 40% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. The candidate should produce the Community Certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar.

SC/SCA/ST Candidates:

Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 40% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. The candidate should produce the Community Certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar.

B.E and B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility is that the candidates must have completed 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks and studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age to be eligible to apply.

B.E and B.Tech Selection Process

Admissions are made through single window counselling based on TNEA merit list which is prepared on the basis of Class 12th score.
The seats are allotted through the TNEA counseling process, conducted by Anna University.
Candidates must be a domiciled resident of Tamil Nadu to be eligible to apply.
Once the seat is allotted, candidates will have to collect their allotment order and bring it to the allotted college to complete the admission process. Candidates must report to the allotted college before the due date.
