The candidates desirous for admission in the college are required to fill the form with the college. The form can be obtained personally from and deposited in the college before the last date prescribed in the admission notification.

 Candidates from Boards other than that of Gujarat State Board will have to enclose the Provisional Eligibility Certificate (P.E.C.) with their application. Such candidates are advised to contact the Academic Department in Saurashtra University, Rajkot for obtaining P.E.C. with the originals and photo-copies of

(i) S.S.C. Mark Sheet

(ii) H.S.C. Mark Sheet

(iii) School Leaving Certificate

(iv) Migration Certificate.
