Ashoka School of Business was established in 2014. It is located in Nalgonda, Telangana and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

The college offers PGDM courses in five specializations which are Marketing & Business Analytics, Finance with Fintech, Human Resource, Hospitality and AI & ML.

To apply for PGDM degree program at ASB, candidates must be a graduate from a recognized college/university.

Ashoka School of Business, Nalgonda PGDM Admission 2023

Ashoka School of Business, Nalgonda offers PGDM degree program at the postgraduate level in four specializations.

To be eligible for all the above PGDM program, candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.

Admission under Foreign Nationals/PIO/Children of Employee in Gulf/NRI Category International Students who have a valid Bachelors' Degree or equivalent can also apply for admissions. Such applicants will have to complete all formalities stipulated by the concerned authorities from time to time.

Admission Process is centralized conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Candidates who will qualify the entrance test and choose ASB, Nalgonda during the counselling will be allotted seats at the Counselling depending upon his/her rank and availability of seats. Students may also apply to the institute directly for the institute level seats.

Ashoka School of Business, Nalgonda Admission Process 2023

Aspirants looking for admission in Ashoka School of Business are required to first appear in the ICET/PGCET/ECET/EAMCET/POLYCET entrance examination for which they need to register at the official website of conducting bodies.

Admission to all the courses in ASB, Nalgonda are carried out strictly on the score of entrance examination.
After the declaration of results, JNTU will release schedule, venue and other details.
Candidates are required to report to the counselling venue along with the required documents at the prescribed date and time.
Admission is done according to the rank secured by candidates in the merit list.
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of choices filled by candidates, rank on merit list and availability of seats.
After seat allotment, candidates have to pay the fees.
In a case candidates fail to pay the fee, the allotted seat will be given to the next candidate.

For Institute Level Admission:

For Institute level admission, candidates will have to send their documents either by email, by post or in person.
After the verification of documents, the applicant will be informed of further procedure of admission either by email or phone or in person.
In the case the student is selected for institute level admission, he/she will have to take the admission within the stipulated date specified by the institute by paying the tuition fees and submitting the relevant documents.

It may please be noted that it is not mandatory to stay in hostels. We offer twin-shared air conditioned rooms with attached Washrooms. Students who opt for single accommodation have to pay Rs 30,000 extra. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are inclusive in the hostel fee.

How good is Ashoka Business School Hyderabad compared to IBS Hyderabad for an MBA?

First of all IBS Hyderabad is not a recognized college. Back in 2007-2009 students went against the college’s false promises and threw stones to protest. The college was in full bloom till 2006. But ever since then the quality of education and its brand value has been deteriorating. Some major reasons for its decline in value are

Massive intake i.e., an increase in the batch size has affected the quality of education proportionally.
The high fees have made ISB a money-making Institute rather than an educational institution.

It’s because of such reasons that it has lost its original reputation and is famous for all the wrong reasons. So I don’t think it’s very wise to risk your career by making such a choice.
