A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examinations (10+2) OR its equivalent examination and should have secured not less than 50% of the total aggregate marks.

A candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe communities should have passed Higher Secondary Examinations (10+2) OR its equivalent examination and should have secured not less than 45% of the total aggregate marks.
