Vartak College Admissions
Admissions to all the courses are done on the basis of merit achieved in the qualifying examination. There are no other selection criteria. All admissions are accepted online. The application form is available in the prospectus of the college, which is to be bought from the college office. Forms can also be downloaded from the website of Mumbai University.
The forms must then be filled up and scanned. Applications should be submitted on Vartak College Portal ie. http://enrollonline.in/enrollment/User/login. The institute code to be submitted is 2332017.
Vartak College Placements
An off-campus placement drive was conducted recently by the college in which 157 students participated. However, only 45 students received placements in this drive. The Top Recruiters included Capgemini, Wipro, and Infosys, etc. However, 495 students were promoted to higher education in the same college.

Vartak College Faculty
The faculty comprises 109 staff, out of which 26 teachers teach both UG and PG courses, while the rest teach only UG programs. A mentor-mentee ratio of 1:36.35 is maintained. Out of these, 20 faculty members are qualified with Ph.D. degrees.
The Principal, Prof. Dr. K. N. Ghorude, recently received the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Lifetime Achievement National Award.

Ans. Some of the facilities provided by the college include:
- Library: The College library was established with the establishment of the college in 1971. The total area of the library was 4000 sq. ft. It has been transferred to the ground floor due to increasing space demand.
- Canteen: The canteen is run by Shree Mahila Vikas Sangh(Vasai). Healthy and nutritious food are always available. Special Room for staff is provided.
- Gymkhana: There is various gyming equipment made available for the students. Different playing items are available to the students for enjoyment and to refresh their minds.
- Sports Ground: The College ground is used for the different inter-college fest to happen and for outdoor sports.
- Laboratories: These include laboratories for Physics, Biology, Computers, Biotechnology, and Chemistry.
