The hostel rooms of Karunya University do not offer the facility of television. Previously there were plans of installing one in the mess but that idea was dropped. The television can be currently found in the common room or the visitors’ hall but most of the time the students do not get permission to watch the television from the warden unless there is a sports event going on.

But Karunya University does offer other necessary facilities such as charging points, fans, and beds. The wifi ceases to work after 12:30 AM. There are also cooler rooms on each floor.
