- You can download the application form from official website of SRM University.
- Fill the DD number, Amount, Date, Issuing Bank & Branch name. Also write your name & application number on the reverse side of the DD.
- Send the duly filled application form along with Demand Draft of INR 1000 in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai to:

Note: There is no domicile or state regulation to apply for the courses under SRM University. Students from any state or Union Territory can apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should have a Diploma in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse and Midwife in the Tamil Nadu Nursing and Midwives Council or any other State Nursing Council accepted by the authority of this University.
Admission Guidelines
- Students will be shortlisted on the basis Medical Entrance Test conducted by SRM University at all India level.
- Shortlisted students will be called for Counselling on the basis of score of SRM Medical Entrance Test.
- Selected students have to submit the Demand draft of INR 100,000 drawn in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai.
Final seat allocation will depend on verification of below mentioned documents:
- Counselling call letter
- Marks sheet of HSC & SSC
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Demand draft of INR 100,000 (Later on it will be added in the tuition fee)
