- 18 months sea service as OIC NW with second Mate CoC + 18 months as OIC NW with 1 Mate CoC or 12 Months as CM. 21 months sea service as OIC NW with second Mate CoC + 15 months as OIC NW with 1 Mate CoC or 12 Months as CM. 24 months sea service as OIC NW with second Mate CoC + 12 months as OIC NW with 1 Mate CoC. INDOS Number And BSID is Mandatory + Passport size photo with tie + Passport + INDOS + CDC with a proof of sea service + Chief Mate COC + Valid Medical fitness certificate(DG Approved)
