St. Francis Institute of Management & Research Admission

Out of total 180 seats, 51% seats (92 seats) are reserved for Christian Religious Minority candidates & balance 49% seats (88 seats) are allotted for all the category candidates.

During the CAP round, if there are no sufficient Minority Candidates to allot, other then Christian Minority Candidates and Open Category conditions are alloted to the remaining Seats.
Against Minority Seats vacancy, other Category Candidates are admitted by the Institutions.
If any Seats remain vacant after the CAP rounds, the Institute can admit all Category Candidtes who have registered with DTE

For Institutional Seats

Applications are scrutinized and the Institute prepares General Merit list based on the score of entrance test such as MAH-MBA/MMS-CET/CAT/CMAT of all the applications received.
The merit list of candidates is prepared and displayed on the notice board and also Institute website.
Students are called for counseling as per schedule displayed on the Notice board. The students go through counseling process.
The counseled students of the first round are required to submit documents and pay the fees within the stipulated date given in the schedule.

Scholarships are declared by the Govt. of India / Govt. of Maharashtra for the students admitted for approved courses in the Professional Educational Institutes. We have various types of scholarship under the different criteria, as follows:

Govt. of India Freeships / Scholarships under Reserved categories of SC/ /VJNT/OBC/SBC by the Dept. of Social Justice and Special Assistance – students admitted through the Centralized Admission Process and benefitted as per the provisions made in the Constitution of India. Income below 2.00 lakhs scholarship and above 2.00 lakhs Freeship for SC /SBC/VJNT students. For OBC – 50% Tuition Fee Reimbursement having Family Annual Income below 8.00 lakhs.
Rajarshee Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme (EBC) – Candidates admitted through CAP rounds and having Annual Family Income limit below 8.00 Lacs are entitled for getting the 50% of Tuition Fee reimbursed by the Government of Maharashtra.
Scholarship for students pursuing higher and professional education from the Minority community – by the State Government of Maharashtra having their Annual Family income below 8.00 Lakhs.
