Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate must have done B.Com with 45%(40% for SC/ST/OBC).
There will be no Direct Admission on the basis of Merit / Candidate has to clear G.U Entrance test.
Under the PG domain NERIM provides courses like MCA, M.Sc., M.Com, MSW, MA, LLB and LLM in the full-time mode. MBA programme is also available in part-time mode which has a duration of 3 years. Candidates can also apply through Lateral Entry to the MCA programme provided by the NERIM School of Computer Science.

NERIM PG Eligibility Criteria
- For M.Sc., candidates with B.Sc CS or B. Sc. IT or BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 or in degree level or 4 years Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology are eligible to apply
- For MCA, Graduate with 50% with Maths in 10+2/ BCA (45% for ST/SC/OBC) and for MCA Lateral Entry, BCA, BSc IT, BSc Computer Science with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST OBC) in aggregate, is eligible to apply for admission into the two-year MCA programme.
- For M.Com, candidates must have completed B.Com with min 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
- For MSW and MA (Applied Psychology), candidate must have completed Graduation with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized university.
- For LLM, candidates must have completed graduation in Law with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
- For LLB, candidate should have passed bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University of India or outside constituted securing 45% in aggregate, relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST and 2% for OBC candidates
NERIM PG Selection Criteria
- Admission to M.Sc & MCA is done on the basis of NET.
- Admission to M.Com & M.A is done on the basis of Merit scores in Graduation.
- For MSW, admission is done through NET Followed by GD & PI.
- LLM admissions are done on the basis of NET Scores and LLB programme admissions are done on the basis of Interview followed by counselling
