For all the courses, the interested candidates can apply at St. Joseph's College in the following way: 

• Visit the official website of St. Joseph's College.
• Visit the admission section and read all the instructions carefully.
• Register yourself, fill the application form with the required Academic/ Graduation details.
• The applicant will need to upload the relevant documents like, recent passport size photograph, signature, and marksheets of qualifying exams.
• Select the preferred courses you wish to apply for.
• Pay the application fees online using Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.
• Appear for the Common Entrance Exam, conducted by the college, if the preferred course requires any for admission (in case of few PG courses and PhD)
• The college will release the merit list based on the qualifying exam and/or entrance exam score, whatever applicable for the course applied for.
• If confirmed, report to the college for further document verification and admission process. 
• If seats remain vacant, further merit lists will be released by the college.

For admission under Management & Sports Quota:

• Management Quota Forms will be distributed from college office and submit the filled form with online application form number to the college office with the prescribed fee on or before the closing date of the online Application Form.
• No separate form for Community Quota
• Sports Quota Forms can be downloaded from the college website & submit filled form with online application form number to Physical Education department.
• Communication to the candidates will be only by SMS/ e-mail
• At the time of interview/Entrance examination submit the print out of the application form, original certificates of SSE & HSE and other relevant certificates through which you have claimed reservation or weightage of mark if any
