Seats to the BBA LLB and BA LLB courses are allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT entrance examination.
Candidates who have obtained 50% marks or more in their Bachelor’s degree in law or in the integrated 5-year degree program in law are eligible to apply for the LLM program.
Candidates who are applying for the LLM program should qualify in the ICFAI Law School Admission test for PG Programs conducted by ICFAI Law School.
Admission to BA LLB & BBA LLB is granted on the basis of a valid score in ILSAT.
At the postgraduate level, ICFAI Institute offers the LLM program.
Applicants to the Ph.D. program at ICFAI are required to have passed with minimum 55% marks at the postgraduate degree in law from a recognized university and are required to take up a Ph.D Eligibility Test and personal interview conducted by the ICFAI Law School.
Candidates with a valid score in UGC/ JRF / UGC NET/SLET are also eligible to apply for Ph.D program offered by ICFAI Law school.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad BBA LLB, BA LLB Admission 2023

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad offers two five-year integrated courses viz. BBA LLB and BA LLB to the aspiring candidates. Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 studies with 50% aggregate marks or above from any discipline in English medium are eligible to apply for the BBA LLB and BA LLB courses at ICFAI.

Seats to the two courses will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT entrance examinations and a personal interview conducted by the college. ILSAT is an objective type test consisting of 120 questions.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad LLM Admission 2023

Candidates who are holders of a Bachelor’s degree in law or have completed Graduation in Five Year / Three Year / Integrated Law Programs or equivalent Degree recognized by the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% Marks or equivalent Grade are eligible to apply for the LLM program at ICFAI. The duration of LLM offered by ICFAI Law School is 1 year.

Should have qualified in the ILSAT (PG) 2019 conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad. Seats to the LLM program will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT (PG) entrance examination conducted by ICFAI at the All India level and on the basis of candidates’ performance in the personal interview round, also conducted by ICFAI. ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad also offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. program to eligible candidates. Holders of a post-graduate degree in Law from a recognized University with minimum 55% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the Ph.D. program at ICFAI.

Seats to the Ph.D program will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT entrance exam and personal interview conducted by ICFAI. Candidates who have qualified in UGC/ JRF /NET/SLET examination are exempted from appearing in the entrance test.

Key Points for Ph.D. Admission:

The following applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria are eligible for admission into a part-time Ph.D. Program:

Regular teachers working in University Law Colleges or affiliated Law Colleges with a minimum of three years of continuous teaching experience.
Practicing Advocates with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Judicial Officers with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Retired Judicial Officers are also eligible to pursue Ph.D. Program in Law.
Any Gazetted Officer with a minimum of 8 years of administrative experience.
Any Executive with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in any recognized Law Firm / Tax Consultants / Public or Private Limited Company / Company Secretaries / LLP.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad Application Form 2023

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad conducts both online and offline application process to admit students to its various courses. Candidates have to register for the respective entrance exam on the official website. The detailed application process is as follows:

Visit the official website of the college.
There are separate application forms for each course.
Select the relevant application form.
If applying offline, download the application form and take a print out.
If applying online, fill out the online application form after registering as a new candidate.

ICFAI Law School Scholarship

Merit Scholarships based on Percentage achieved in the qualifying examination (10 + 2 or it's equivalent). A scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the minimum 7.5 GPA in the previous semester. The details are resented in the following table.

Symbiosis Law School, KIIT Law School, and ICFAI Law School are three of the top-ranking schools for Law in India. Symbiosis is ranked 3rd by India Today in 2019, KIIT is ranked 22nd in 2020 by India Today, and ICFAI holds a rank of 15th for Law in India by India Today.

Admission Details

Symbiosis:

Students need to sit for the SLAT examination to qualify for a seat in Symbiosis.
One must have at least a 45% aggregate in their 12th for the BA LLB/ BBA LLB courses.
45% aggregate in their graduate-level degree to be eligible for the LLB/LLM courses.
The total number of seats for these programs is 420.

KIIT:

Students need to sit for the KLSAT examination to get a seat in KIIT.
One must have a 50% score in their 12th for BA LLB/BBA LLB courses.
55% marks in their bachelor's degree is required for LLM courses at KIIT Law School.
The total number of seats for these programs is 240.

ICFAI:

To qualify for this college, students need to sit for the ILSAT/CLAT/LSAT examinations.
