The Tolani Commerce College (TCC), Kutch was established in 1973, with a meager enrollment of 150 students, continued to increase its strength year by year. It is self-financed college. The institute is affiliated to KSKV Kachchh University, Bhuj and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college offers graduation and post graduation courses with Accountancy and Auditing as the principle subject.

The main aim of the college is to make Adipur a centre of attraction in the field of higher education, with as many educational institutions as would and in due course, establish a small university. The objective of college is to conduct regular classroom teaching activities, as per the norms of the KSKV Kachchh University, Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Gujarat and UGC and to strengthen the learning processes by way of remedial teaching.
